FGPC Event Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

In general, the final date to withdraw a team from any festival is 3 weeks before the festival date. There will be no refunds of any kind after this date, including if the festival is cancelled due to safety reasons, with the unique exception of events cancelled due to COVID-19.

There will be 25% administrative fee for all withdrawals, with the exception of events that have been cancelled due to COVID-19 in which case the admin fee has been reduced to 15%

Events cancelled due to COVID-19 are eligible for refund until the end of 2021.
