FGPC Event Withdrawal and Refund Policy

In general, the final date to withdraw a team from any festival is 3 weeks before the festival date. There will be no refunds of any kind after this date, including if the festival is cancelled due to safety reasons, with the unique exception of events cancelled due to COVID-19.

There will be 25% administrative fee for all refunds.

Teams may place the fees “on account”. No admin fee is charged and funds are available for future events.
