FGPC Event Withdrawal and Refund Policy

In general, the final date to withdraw a team from any event is 3 weeks before the event date. There will be no refunds of any kind after this date, including if the event is cancelled due to safety reasons.

There will be 25% administrative fee for all refunds.

No admin fee is charged for fees put “on account” and funds are available for future events.
