Join Us for FGPC’s 10th Anniversary Dinner – Friday 3 May 2024
2024 is a milestone year for the Fairway Gorge Paddling Club, marking 10 years since we first opened. We’re celebrating this first decade together – as paddlers, fitness members and volunteers – by gathering for an anniversary dinner on Friday 3 May at Don Mees Seafood Restaurant in Victoria’s Chinatown.
Bring yourselves and your friends, family and supporters to FGPC’s birthday dinner. The evening will feature great food, with plenty of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The event will also kick-off the club’s 2024 fundraising campaign for the next decade to come. Raffles, door prizes and other goodies will be available over the evening.
Net proceeds from the evening will go toward FGPC’s equipment fund, which invests in boats, docks and vital equipment for both on-water and our growing fitness programs. The equipment fund is a vital part of FGPC’s future.
How can you help? Dinner tickets are $75 each or $650 for a table of 10. Please purchase your tickets early so we can plan for this memorable evening. And you can help by encouraging others to us at this milestone celebration.

For our 10th Anniversary Fundraiser, we’ve decided to invest in the youth of our club.
Introducing our $25,000 capital campaign to raise funds for a new racing K4 so our junior flatwater athletes can train for regional, provincial and national competitions.
